Students at a field trip, staff running an enrichment program, and an alumni group may need different garments. Printed T-shirts are a useful starting point for event graphics and group visibility. Embroidered polos or quarter-zips can suit staff who want a smaller chest logo.

Tell us whether you need youth sizes, adult sizes, or both. We’ll review the selected garments and whether the artwork needs different sizes for different pieces.

• School, club, or program name and the purpose of the order.
• Total quantity, garment colors, and youth/adult size breakdown.
• Logo or artwork for each front, back, or sleeve location.
• Budget per piece and the date the gear must arrive.
• Delivery destination, billing contact, and any school paperwork needed to arrange upfront payment.

If you are still choosing a garment, share the budget and use first. You do not need to finish browsing a separate catalog before contacting us.

Standard turnaround is 14 business days from order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays; shipping transit time is additional. We confirm timing after reviewing garment stock, artwork, and production capacity. Production follows written mockup approval and upfront payment.

Rush service is reviewed case by case. Send the event date early, and wait for a confirmed schedule before making plans around a rush order.
