HOW MUCH DO CUSTOM
EMBROIDERED HATS COST?

The price depends on the hat, quantity, logo size and detail, and each decoration location. Wolf Customs’ standard catalog 5-panel and dad-hat estimates include the blank hat and front decoration. 3D puff, side or back stitching, and specialty styles can add to the price.

WHAT DOES THE ESTIMATE INCLUDE?

Start with the standard 5-panel or dad-hat option if you want help choosing. The base estimate includes the hat and the selected front decoration. A premium brand or a specific style number may have a different blank cost, which we confirm after reviewing availability.

Patch hats have their own pricing. A patch finish and direct embroidery are different production choices, so include the finish you want when comparing quotes.

WHAT CHANGES THE PRICE?

  • Quantity: larger runs can lower the price per hat. Compare the quantities you can actually use.
  • Artwork: the size and detail of a logo affect the work needed to stitch it cleanly.
  • Finish: 3D puff is an upgrade for suitable artwork and hat styles.
  • Locations: side and back embroidery are separate additions to the front decoration.
  • Order details: any applicable setup, artwork, rush, or shipping charges are confirmed in the quote.

HOW DO I COMPARE TWO HAT QUOTES?

Compare the same hat style, quantity, logo, finish, and locations. A front-only quote will not match an order with front, side, and back stitching. Ask whether the blank hat is included and whether setup or digitizing is listed separately.

For example, compare 24 dad hats with one front logo against that same order with 3D puff and back lettering. The second version includes extra work. Your final quote should identify those additions before you order.

HOW CAN I KEEP THE ORDER WITHIN BUDGET?

Start with one front logo on a standard catalog hat. Share your budget per hat and the quantity you need; we can help decide whether a simpler logo, flat embroidery, or a different hat is the best fit. Send your actual quantity, including small runs, so we can check the available options.
